Intended to get a less intense serum. It’s effective, but I can only use it 1-2 times per week due to how strong it is.

Hi Kasie, at your next appointment, please make sure you get clarification on product usage. Hyaluronic is not an “Active” serum and should not feel intense or strong. It is a hydrator which adds external hydration to the skin when used as indicated.
