Getting your first Brazilian wax can feel intimidating and scary. With so many women getting this repeat service, it must be worth it, right? It is absolutely worth it! Your first experience should also be worth it. A well-trained waxing specialist will make you feel comfortable and walk you through the process to make it go as smooth (literally) as possible.

Here are some tips on what you can do, to improve the experience:
-Wear loose fitting undies, and a skirt/dress. This just makes your life easier by not having to remove shoes and pants and not having tight clothing on any tender areas.
-A little bit of tenderness to the area is normal especially after your first time and/or if you have denser hair.
-Staying consistent and coming on time at the 4 week mark every single time, will make pain management extremely more tolerable.
-After your first Brazilian wax most people already notice 30%-50% reduction of hair growth
-Pin point bleeding is normal (especially in underarms and Brazilian), and it means we removed the entire follicle and its root making it less likely for it to grow back.
-Taking Ibuprofen 30-45 minutes before the service can help with pain tolerance
-If you are especially sensitive to pain, using a numbing cream (such as lidocaine) beforehand may help
Subsequent waxing will usually become easier and less painful as the thins out and growth decreases.
Nothing beats that feeling of smooth, hair-free skin or not having to shave every day, it is sooooo worth it!
